The Scouts BSA offer character development and values-based leadership training through responsible fun and adventure for both boys and girls.  Scouting instills lifetime values and develops ethical character as expressed in the Scout Oath and Law; trains young people in citizenship, service and leadership; serves America's communities and families with its quality, values-based programs.
