The city of Chicago and the entire country have slept on this treasure for nearly seven decades. Knowing how displaced Chicagoans miss the flavor of their youth, and current residents want it in their homes for all occasions, we put a plan in action to bring the underground flavor of Chicago up to the level it deserves. Sampling Mild Sauces from all over the city, we built and perfected our own recipe before bottling it for consumers, restaurants and grocers around the world. We gave it the platform it never had, and it's shining brighter than we ever imagined. Our Mild Sauce is now carried by grocers, bars and restaurants all over the country and has been shipped to 36 states and counting!
